"Customer service / Contact" section: the data you provide will be processed in order to answer your enquiries or requests and provide the services you ask for.
"Bookings": personal data provided in this section will be processed to manage the bookings you request, and to comply with the legal obligations of guest registration (Spanish Order INT/1922/2003 and related regulations).

In all cases, the data provided may be processed in order to compile internal statistics to improve our service. Personal data provided will only be kept while our commercial relationship is in force and will be blocked after it ends for the period required by applicable law, at the sole disposal of Courts and Tribunals to address possible claims; after which the data will be deleted.

The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of the contractual obligations assumed by you when requesting our services and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations applicable to the hospitality sector.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a form to exercise the specific right requested. You must fill it in and return it together with a photocopy of your ID or passport. After receiving the documentation, we will respond to your request within the legally established deadlines, and if you are not satisfied with the result you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) — www.aepd.es.

3. Server logs

Each time the Hotel Agarimo server is accessed, the IP address from which the user is browsing may be collected and recorded, along with the pages of the site that are visited. These data may be stored for statistical purposes, for security and for abuse prevention.

4. Hyperlinks

The hagarimo.com portal allows access to other websites managed and controlled by third parties through various links in order to make it easier for users to find information, content and Internet services. This shall in no case be considered a recommendation or invitation to visit those sites. The creation of a hyperlink from another website to any of the pages on the Hotel Agarimo portal shall be subject to the following conditions:

Any hyperlink to hagarimo.com shall be made to its home page or to the main pages of the sections it contains.
Reproduction of the services or contents of the Hotel Agarimo portal is not permitted in any case.
The website on which the hyperlink is placed shall not contain unlawful information or content, or content contrary to morality, good customs or public order, nor shall it provide content contrary to any third-party rights.
No false, inaccurate or incorrect statements about the Hotel Agarimo portal pages, services or content shall be included.
Deep links, IMG or image links, or frames with the Hotel Agarimo portal pages shall not be established without the prior express authorisation of Hostelería Agarimo S.L.

Hostelería Agarimo S.L. reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to temporarily suspend access to its website and to make modifications as it sees fit to the website, services or information offered, their presentation or location, and the conditions of access to and use of the Hotel Agarimo website.

All information received on this website shall be considered assigned to Hostelería Agarimo S.L. free of charge. Email shall not be considered a valid means for filing complaints. For complaints please contact Hostelería Agarimo S.L., located at Barrio Galindo S/N, Pabellón 4, 48510, Valle de Trápaga – Trapagaran, Bizkaia, Spain, who will indicate in each case the channels to follow.

All matters relating to the Hotel Agarimo website are governed by Spanish law and submitted to the jurisdiction of the corresponding Courts and Tribunals, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

6. Accuracy of the data

The user shall be responsible in all cases for the truthfulness of the data provided; Hostelería Agarimo S.L. reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other legal actions that may be appropriate.

Likewise, the user must be duly authorised to provide the data of third parties. Only if the user has the consent of future hotel guests may the user provide their data to the hotel. Such information, which will enable Hostelería Agarimo S.L. to provide a better service to its guests, is optional; therefore, providing it implies, at the user's sole responsibility, the duty to inform such guests of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to providing personal information.

7. Responsibility of the Hotel

Access to the page does not in any case imply a commercial relationship between the user and Hostelería Agarimo S.L. The portal only provides information about the availability of rooms at the time the aforementioned information is requested; therefore, if you make an online booking you are requesting it directly with the hotel.

Booking a hotel stay on this site implies the customer's adherence to and acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions set out here. By accepting the following clauses, you state and accept:

That you are of legal age and have full capacity to make the booking, and state that you understand and agree to all the conditions on the website.
That the data provided when making the online booking are true, complete and accurate.
Only the pages listed in the site map are included in the website.
Access to this website is the user's responsibility.
Once the booking request is made, the electronic document in which it has been formalised will be filed.
You confirm the request made, that is, the dates indicated, the number of rooms, the number of people and the hotel chosen.
The conditions and price of the booking are those expressly set out in the tariff conditions included on the page where the booking is made.
A booking request through the Site is not binding until expressly confirmed by Hostelería Agarimo S.L.
No upfront payment is required at the time of the request. In case of cancellation or no-show, the tariff conditions communicated at the time of confirmation will apply.
Offers are only valid for the period during which they are accessible to the recipients of the service.

8. Prices

The prices indicated are Recommended Retail Prices, VAT included. The price includes: price per night based on the room type and rate selected, except for cases where the inclusion of other services is specifically stated. The price does not include any unspecified service or extras such as transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, parking, etc.

Check-in and check-out times: as a general rule, and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, rooms may be used from 15:00 on the arrival day and must be vacated by 11:00 on the departure day.

9. Passports and visas

All travellers, without exception (including children), must carry their personal and family documentation in order — passport or ID card — according to current legislation. Where required by the trip, obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. shall be at their expense.

Persons under 18 must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in case it is requested by any authority. If granting of visas is refused by an authority for reasons specific to the user, or entry to the country is denied due to lack of the required documents, defects in the required documentation, or failure to carry it, the hotel declines all liability for such facts; any expenses incurred shall be at the consumer's expense, and the conditions and rules established for the no-show situation shall apply.
